Social Activities Committee

The Social Activities Committee plans picnics, the Holiday decorating party, and other gatherings.  Their committee charges are:

1. To plan, coordinate and conduct regular social functions including (but not limited to) circle Suppers and Sunday Coffee Hours, Annual Canvass events
2. To send a representative to serve on the Annual Canvass Committee with their particular charge to help plan, coordinate and carry out all social functions of the Canvass
3. To plan, coordinate and conduct occasional social functions such as theatre events, sporting events, potlucks, and other events that provide opportunities for fellowshi0 assuring a balance between events that are intergenerational (including children) and those that are for adults only
4. To maintain and supply the kitchen
